Deryl James Crombie

I'm a man of many interests and passions. A former member of the Royal Canadian Air Force, I'm currently working three jobs. I'm still in the Air Force (Reserves) employed as a Cadet Training Officer, Gliding Instructor and Tow-Plane Pilot. I also serve as a Firefighter with Carrot River Fire Rescue (CRFR). I also work Full Time for the Town of Carrot River as a Manager for the local Skating Rink / Town Maintenance.

Star Wars, Star Trek and general Sci-Fi are my favorites but I can appreciate all art forms.

Flying Gliders, Tow Aircraft and Aerobatics. I previously worked as a Flight Instructor. I practice Zen Buddhism/Meditation and the Martial Arts of Aikido, Judo and Kendo (at the Black Belt level). I'm an avid Scuba Diver and also enjoy snorkeling. I spend most of the rest of my free time canoeing, camping and hiking the local woods and rivers. I spend at least a month out of the year hunting and fishing. When I'm stuck indoors at home, I enjoy singing and playing guitar/drums.
