I just want to say.....I've read some posts in which folks have said that "nothing much is going on" here at Tartan. Well, as in all of life, you get out of this site what you put into it. My belief...

Marilyn is absolutely right. I am guilty of just coming in and ready, but rarely writing. I'll try to do better. 
The one thing that disturbs me is that there isn't much continuity to a thread. It always seems a bit disjointed.

I've found the threads to be very short. If someone doesn't find the thread (or original post) almost as soon as it's posted, it seems to get pushed down by all the other more recent threads/posts. Seems almost impossible to find the original post again. Also, comments made the next day or so oft...
