Its not easy seeing your parent, relatives o friends go through this and they wouldn't wish it on themselves. While caring for them you also need to look after yourself and be self fish at times. you cannot be there all the time (don't mean this to sound heartless)

yes my Dad was the same, sometimes he would look at me and say I dont know you, who are you! other days he would think I was my Mum and on the good days he said hello Elizabeth I love you bless your Dads!

yes Alzhiemers is a horrible, horrible thing, Ive known quite a few people now going through this struggle and what Ive found is most can remember their youth but cant remember last week!! bless your Mom Deb doing such a wonderful job. and ofcourse you also Deb and Marilyn.
