I've been tracing my family recently and have discovered that my ancestors are heavily connected to clan Lennox. One of my oldest ancestors is Siward Earl of Northumbria who was the grandfather of Malcom the 3rd and that also in 1070 Arkyll another ancestor fled to Scotland to seek protection from Malcom 3rd and was possibly made the first Mormaer of Levenax (earl of lennox) Any help on any of this would be appreciated and I also have family trees and documented evidence of these "facts" if I can in turn help others.
