We have started the process of Planning our 4th Games of the New Era and it promises to be even bigger than last year (2017). We had over 4600 people come thru the gates,and this is for a 1 Day Event! The sad part is that there wasn't enough help at the Parking area, and they didn't know how or where to park folks and we think we lost about 500 or more folks who couldn't get in & turned around & left. We are addressing that this year and are asking for "Volunteers" to help us make the 4th year an even bigger success...after all, we are the "Volunteer State". We are addressing many other things as well to make this an even better event. The Reviews we got were Great and showed us that we need to keep bringing the Scottish & Celtic People together. We welcome all Celtic people! We want their presence. We are having our Bobby Burns Dinner& Celebration at R'chard's Cafe Sun 1-28-18 to a Sold-Out Crowd, this is one of our Fundraisers and it does lots to bring in new Interest. We were able to raise $5000.00 for Our Charity, "Restored Warrior" these Veteran's help to get Returning soldier's a hand up to get them up to speed on their situation and help prepare them for the workplace, Family ,Mental Health, and Support...something that is Near & Dear to all of our Hearts. Also look for the Irish festival here in March.
