World Curling Federation Senior & Mixed Doubles World Championships 2014

Dumfries & Galloway Council hosts the championships for the very first time.

As part of the Homecoming Scotland 2014, the round robin tournament will be staged in the "home" country of the sport, a great experience for all curling enthusiasts offering the opportunity to visit and compete.

Teams from across the world will compete at Dumfries Ice Bowl in Dumfries & Galloway, an area which is steeped in the tradition of curling and has produced many of the top players from the sport since curling's conception in 1541.
