Turriff Show 2014

Scotland's largest two day agricultural show is celebrating its 150th Anniversary!

The anniversary also coincides with Homecoming Scotland 2014, and the double celebration will include number will include a number of special attractions.

You'll receive a warm welcome in the special homecoming hospitality marquee where local malt whisky can be sampled and family histories can be traced. There will also be a pre-show Friday night ceilidh to kick off proceedings, as well as a Saturday night dance.

The event proper begins on the Sunday which is the main horse and pony day along with dairy goats, fur and feather. The national Simmental cattle show will be hosted on the Monday along with other cattle breeds, sheep, Clydesdale horses and poultry. First class ringside entertainment will feature exciting displays including a special 'March of Time' depicting agriculture through the ages and a large vintage vehicle display.

Over two days you will be able to browse 300 quality trade stands, food fayre, exhibition hall, shopping mall, art and crafts, cookery demonstrations, forestry, kid's area and funfair.
