The Clan Strachan Gathering and Semi-Formal Dinner is scheduled for 5PM on Friday, 11-April at the Royal Scots Club in Edinburgh, Scotland. This dinner will follow the Ad Hoc Derbhfine (or Family Convention). The Family Convention is being held under the supervision of the Court of the Lord Lyon with the purpose of proposing to the Lord Lyon King of Arms that Rob Strachan, Mill of Strachan, Strachan, Aberdeenshire be recognized as the Commander of Clan Strachan.
