The Duke of Gordon Hotel has kindly offered us preferred rate of £40 pp B&B for the Gathering weekend on a limited amount of rooms.

NB Meetings will take place on Friday 1st August in Ballroom Duke of Gordon Trustees 8:45 a.m. MAC 9:15 a.m. Council: 12:30 p.m. There will be a break for lunch 12:00 - 12:30 p.m.
Friday
Registration in the Duke of Gordon Hotel from 9 a.m.
Dance Practice: Talla Nan Ros Hall Kingussie 2 - 4 p.m.
Welcome Meeting for newcomers: Conference Room Duke of Gordon 4-5 p.m.
Chief’s Reception: Ball Room, Duke of Gordon 7 p.m. Duke of Gordon Hotel
Highland Ball, Duke of Gordon Hotel: 10 p.m. - 1 a.m. Dress: Black tie/Highland.
Saturday
AGM of Clan Macpherson Association: Village Hall Newtonmore 10:30 a.m.
Clan March from Old Ralia to Eilan (Newtonmore Shinty Ground). Followed by conviviality in Clan Tent. Marchers meet at Old Ralia 1:45 p.m.
At Home: This will NOT take place in the Clan Museum this year.
Supper and Ceilidh
Supper: Served at Duke of Gordon Hotel from 6 p.m. Ceilidh: Takes place in the Ballroom from 8 - 10 p.m. (Informal Ceilidh until 1 a.m. in Gillie's Bar).
Sunday
Church Service: In Kingussie Parish Church 11 a.m.
Informal Picnic: At Cairn Site, Glentruim 1 p.m.
Afternoon Tea Party: At Craig Dhu House, Laggan. (Kindly hosted by Valerie and Angus Macpherson) 4 - 5 p.m. (Parking Limited).
Monday
Local walk of interest: Led by John Barton, Duke of Gordon 9:30 a.m.
Official opening of the WW1 Commemorative Exhibition: Arranged by Ewen MacPherson, Clan Museum. (Details later).
Booking will commence on 10 February 2014. Space is limited and tickets will be supplied on a first come first served basis. If fully subscribed a waiting list will operate.
Please notify Secretary A.S.A.P. if booked tickets are not required to allow speedy Re-allocation.
On-line application is preferable and will be available on the website from 10 February 2014.
Application Forms will be printed in Creag Dhubh. Payment can be made by Cheque but Credit Card Payment facility is no longer available.
