The Chief is delighted to announce The First Durie Gathering, to take place next year in Scotland. The essential part of this exciting tour will span 4 days and 3 nights over the weekend 27th-30th June. Our aim is to bring Duries together, to meet and get to know each other and to discover our roots by visiting Durie-related places. We are particularly keen to entice Overseas Members to join us for these very special days. There will be a Chief’s Welcome Dinner in Edinburgh and a dinner at his home. We are exceptionally lucky as the Shenachie to the Chief, the genealogist Dr Bruce Durie, will be with us for some of the tour.
