The annual Clan Lamont Memorial will be held at the Fultz House Museum in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, on Sunday, the 2nd of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM. The group will process to the crab apple trees planted by the Clan Lamont Society of Canada where the memorial will be held. Everyone is invited back to the Fultz House where lunch will be served and entertainment provided.
The memorial honours the memory of those Lamont's who were massacred by the Marquee of Argyll commanding a force of Campbells at Dunoon. The society dedicates the memorial to all Scots who were oppressed throughout the years.
