The boys were I think by different fathers as she was previously married
She is the descendant of William the Conqueror and before that Earl Siward. Her motherwas Norman father Saxon so not Scottish that line.
To find a Clan you probably shouldn't go so far back, pretty impossible to prove.
To find your Clan best to go back to your nearest ancestor who came from Scotland and see if their Scottish name ran back to Clan times.
