I have been married 44 years, live near Lake Tahoe in California and am a historic west romance writer. My second story will be release March 21st. My Mother's family came from Scotland. Hubby and I spent 23 wonderful days driving in Scotland five years ago and I fell in love. I actually cried while on Loch Ness because I felt like I'd come home. One of my writer's group is called Celtic Hearts and we are a bunch of writers who discuss all thing Celtic. It's how I learned about this group.
Phantom of the Opera will always be my favorite movie...it started my addiction to Gerard Butler.
I sew quilts and in the past eleven years I've made and given away forty of them. We lost our older daughter to cancer eleven years ago and I make them in her memory and love giving them to people in need or friends. Most of them have been baby quilts, but I've also made quilts with photos on the fabric.
I ran a fan club for a country singing artist and love that music, Andre Reiu is great to relax by, and then, of course, there is Phantom of the Opera music. 
It helps me write.
