good morning all, waiting for the AC tech, was a warm night, in house was 91 degrees at the lowest last night. we are so spoiled to our AC here in the desert

no, I am not into that kind of building stuff...I wish would be much cheaper. Unit has to be replaced on Monday, this was a band aid fix to get us by. it has been running 12 hrs now and we are only down to 81 degrees in the house...

Yes, I guess we are, but do you remember the time before A/C became wide spread? The only way you could escape the heat was in a store or the movies. LOL

yes, I was born here in Phx, AC was pretty much invented by a company Goettl here in Phx in 1960. I was born in 1959, it was only for the wealthy and we weren't.

plans are in the works for the 2016 trip to Scotland. going with 9 other ladies for a 10 visit to many places. Skye, Glasgow and Edinburgh of course! Ullapool. Dingwall, Ft William, to name a few.

yes, I have been a bit busy. trying to get some things completed for a Vintage sale in October. My BIL is retiring next weekend so I need to make 6 doz cupcakes for the party, then got a call from a cousin for a last minute baby shower cake next week also. when it rains it pours!
